Mr. Broady is a licensed real estate agent, general contractor, and the founder of Realty Ventures, LLC, a District of Columbia based real estate development and general contracting firm. He is a native of the Greater Washington area, having lived in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction, real estate, information technology, manufacturing, and defense sectors. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2002, Mr. Broady was a product manager, technology consultant, and project engineer, providing business, technology, and product solutions to Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike. Additionally, Mr. Broady holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland, a M.S./Business from Johns Hopkins University, and an A.A. in Engineering Science from Howard Community College in Columbia, MD. Mr. Broady currently resides in the District of Columbia where, in addition to his business endeavors, he pursues his passion for travel, sports, and the arts.
