PERSONNEL

President (Owner): Mr. Broady has over 20 years of experience in the development and construction business. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations including estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, change orders, invoicing, and customer service.

Project Manager (acting): Mr. Hooks, as project manager expedites project flow and oversees day-to-day scheduling and daily field supervision of team members. He facilitates job meetings and performs routine site visits for safety/quality checks and reviews submittals for compliance, project completion, and warranties.

Sales and Procurement Manager (acting): Mr. Broady locates and investigates job leads and attends pre-bid meetings and researches project specifics. He reports the same to company management and assists in bid creation and acts as liaison after bid submission. He also facilitates company networking, partnering, and marketing.

Project Lead / Superintendent: Mr. Saravia manages day-to-day operations at job sites. He orients new and/or temporary team members to company practices and supervises their performance on the job. He also communicates customer questions or concerns to the Project Manager.

Executive Assistant (acting): Cyberbackers is the company’s administrator and handles the accounting, payroll, and documentation. They oversee multiple projects and work on advertising, budgeting, correspondence, and any other administration needed by the company from time to time.
